Karla Jones is the Founder and  Head Tutor of I-TeachReloaded.org.  Mrs. Jones  has held many titles  as an Educationalist , Activist , and  Contributor  to the needs of children . Mrs. Jones  educational journey started after Graduating  with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Care Management from Stony Brook University in 2002.  This degree allowed her to attain a 7 year position with the Department of Health. In 2004, Mrs. Jones married her helpmate and purpose filled husband Mr. Jones. Mrs. Jones began to reexamine  her career and  envision her life’s purpose as an educator. Mrs. Jones credits her  biggest influence to becoming an  educator ,  with her decision to  homeschool her  4 children, in 2011 . She is the happy mother of Judah, Joshua, Anaia and Moses Jones.

Mrs. Jones watched and built up her own children  to grow with the  love of learning. This  led to a  stronger love of the education field. Karla learned how to help her own children’s educational needs. This spilled over to the children  she met from her homeschool groups . She assisted  in helping them  reach their greatest potential. Mrs. Jones gifts unfolded in front of her eyes. As she seen as a parent herself , there was a need for structure even for homeschooling .  She decided this path was essential. Mrs. Jones  graduating with a Masters in Education from Mercy College in 2010. She  went on to positions  such as  teaching  for World Cup Pre-school  in Chappaqua ,NY and the Ossining Children’s Center.

In 2018 , Mrs. Jones   joined the Peekskill branch NAACP in an effort to help  advocate  for the educational system her children  now attend . Mrs. Jones  heart cried out  for the  children of Peekskill. As she drove her children to school , seeing children of all ages  walking along  backroads and  dangerous highways .

 Mrs. Jones   began to target the need  of advocacy  for students’ transportation and lunch programs  across the district. Urging the district to  provide funds for bussing  K-12  to school  and  providing  healthier and larger lunches for students. Overall, wherever the need exists Mrs. Jones  is always there!  She was greatly recognized and awarded  by the Mayor of Peekskill  at the Woman’s Day /Woman’s History  month at the Peekskill Youth Bureau.

Mrs. Jones  continues to  build her dream and life purpose as an educator for ALL.
